We reserve appointments for you so we ask that you give appropriate notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment so that it can be filled. No shows are inconsiderate so please be courteous and contact our team if you know you can’t attend your appointment.
As a courtesy, we send reminder text messages 4 days prior to your appointment, we ask that you reply as soon as possible. If we don’t hear from you, we do follow up with a call and if we miss you we leave a voicemail. Please return our calls as appointments are at a premium and if we don’t hear from you we may need to cancel your appointment.
Failure to give adequate notice when cancelling or rescheduling will result in a charge.
Please provide 24 hours cancellation notice or a 50% fee will be charged. No Shows attract a 100% fee as others are deprived of that appointment. Thank you.
Repeat offenders future appointments will only be accepted with payment of a deposit.

Gift Vouchers will be cancelled should you no show for an apt without adequate notice.
Please note all Make Up bookings that are cancelled with less than 7 days notice will still be charged in full as we outsource our Make Up artists and thus they’ve already been booked specifically for you.
We ask you:
+ Please cancel your booking if you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, even if you think you’re not contagious. This also applies if you have had close contact with anyone who is currently unwell, including children.
+ An effective, well-fitting mask is required for all clients during the service time within the salon.
+Wearing a mask does not permit you to attend a booking with a head cold, flu, or at all feeling unwell. You must reschedule.
+ Come to your appointment alone, and on time as we are allowing time to clean between visits, and distance clients visiting so they do not come into contact with one another when arriving and leaving.

A minimum of 10 years experience with the ability to both cut and colour to industry leading standards. Experience of hair extension work will be highly regarded but not essential. A strong work ethic and a can do attitude is mandatory.
Whilst we expect a high level of skill from our stylists, we are the first to recognise that hairdressing is a fluid industry that is always changing to keep pace with fashion, trends and technology. In order to stay up to date we never stop training.
